I’ve spent more than 15 years working across client success & account management, digital marketing, online communities, and learning and development. Along the way, I’ve worked on everything from SEO and content strategy to building communities, developing courses, and helping businesses create better experiences for their customers and teams.

I’m passionate about creating better ways for people to learn, connect, and engage. Whether that’s through a well-designed course, a thoughtful community strategy, or a digital experience that actually makes sense, I love turning ideas into something useful, approachable, and genuinely helpful.
